Effective date: 9 April 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using modelpackageprotocol.com (the “Website”) operated by Quantum 2x Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Nature of the Website
This Website presents the Model Package Protocol (“MPP”), an independent open research specification for secure, signed, and sandboxed AI tool artifacts. Content on this Website is provided for informational and research purposes only. MPP is a research preview; reference implementations are proof-of-concept only and have not undergone formal security audits.
Nothing on this Website constitutes professional, legal, or security advice. Do not deploy reference implementations in production environments or use with sensitive data without independent review.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website or its related systems.
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, spam, or promotional material.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Website.
- Reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content from the Website for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
3. Intellectual Property
All website content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Quantum 2x Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. The MPP specification and any associated reference implementations are developed with clean-room IP by independent UK researchers.
The MPP specification and reference implementations are proprietary to Quantum 2x Ltd. Use of these materials is governed by the applicable commercial licence agreement entered into with Quantum 2x Ltd. No rights are granted beyond those expressly set out in such agreement.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to use our trademarks, service marks, or trade names.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The MPP specification may change without notice during the research phase.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quantum 2x Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, the MPP specification, or any reference implementations, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
